Which channels do you cover?
The ones your customers use, most often Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We would rather do one or two channels well than spread your effort thin across five.
Do I have to approve every post?
You approve the monthly plan, and you can review individual posts too. Once we settle into your voice, many clients let us run the routine posts and keep approval for anything sensitive.
Where do the photos come from?
From you where possible, since real photos of your work perform best. We can also design graphics and use quality stock images to fill the gaps.
Will the posts sound like me?
That is the point. We learn your tone early and write in it, so your feed reads like your business rather than a generic agency.
Can you handle comments and messages?
We can flag and reply to routine comments as part of a plan. Anything that needs your personal judgement we pass to you promptly.
