Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. We start with a review to understand how the site is put together, sort out any immediate issues, then keep it healthy from there.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us, and because we hold recent backups and know your site, we can restore it quickly. On Care+ these situations get priority.
How often do you run backups?
Regularly, and always before applying updates, so there is a clean restore point if anything behaves unexpectedly. Backups are kept securely off the server.
What counts as a content edit on Care+?
Small changes: updating text, swapping a photo, adding a news post, changing opening hours. Larger work like new pages or features is quoted separately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Many clients start on Care and move to Care+ as their site grows or they want a hand with edits. You can move either way with a month’s notice.
Is hosting included?
Maintenance and hosting are separate. If we host your site the two work neatly together, but we are happy to maintain a site hosted elsewhere.
